·         This position is based on site in our Raleigh, NC office, work schedule is flexible around class schedule to Mechanical Engineering students during the Fall 2022 semester, winter semester break and into the Spring 2023 semester looking for work experience.

·         Description:

·         Work under the supervision of a senior engineer/project manager and with designers and technicians to produce plans, specifications, reports, and permit submittals in support of mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design projects as part of a multi-discipline project team to produce mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design/construction drawings and specifications for institutional, commercial and industrial facilities.

·         Requirements:

·         A Junior or Senior who is currently enrolled in an ABET accredited Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering program.

·         AutoCAD experience a must.

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office helpful.

·         Assertive personality and ability to communicate with peers.

·         We would also consider someone who just graduated from a previously mentioned program who will be pursuing their Master’s Degree in the fall.

·         Requires a valid driver’s license, an acceptable motor vehicle report, cleared criminal record background check and drug screen.
